Founded in May 1990 to provide quality tools, methodologies and training to government departments and industry PQR (Practical Quality Research) trained more than 40 household organisations (such as BP Oil, Coopers Deloitte and NatWest IT) in quality, software testing and technical reviews, achieving "excellent" ratings and repeat business. Addressing the BCS and NCC on the state-of-the-art in quality management tools they delivered custom-built software without any significant bugs. PQR Plus was formed in 1997-8, principally to apply its Customer Satisfaction Management and technological consultancy & tools to customer-supplier chains. |
